A little overdone would be an understatement. Ordered 2 chicken sandwich combos and both looked like this. Their is no way they... didn't see that before deciding to serve it. The worst Wingstop ever is this one. Two items were missing when my son returned from picking up our dinner order. It's not a... big deal, but when I contacted and spoke to someone, they informed me that MY SON HAD STOLEN IT. I should have copied theirname. I have no motivation to steal ANYTHING, and I find it outrageous that the staff would dare to say otherwise. I simply hungup the phone, but trust me, this is far from done, and I'm going to push this as far as I can. Not for the money but for thefact that they messed up and couldn?t even come up with a decent solution (reasonable) and to provide basic Customer Service.What the world happens to Customer Service? Called and placed an order for 10 wings and fries, was told it would be about 20 mins so after 20 mins i drive to pick my food... up just to be told it hasnt been made yet and was waiting another 35 mins in the lobby. Called to do a pickup order was told I could if I gave payment info over the phone, asked could I come in and make the order was... told yes I could. Got to the restaurant was told they?re only doing online orders. That?s literally why I asked could I come inbefore coming in. Lady at front asked the other lady if she told me I could come in to make the order she lied and said she toldme online only. If that was the case I would not have driven to the restaurant before placing an order. ???? Read more

Been here a few times. We enjoy it as an alternative wing place. The flavors are interesting though I wish you could blend them... more ways. Not overly flavorful or upon bringing them home tonight which is a shame. We will definitely order ahead with theapp next time to save time though 20 minutes for 40 wings and sides isn't that bad. Wasn't sure... put it was clean, the staff was friendly and actually seemed to enjoy being there and serving customers. There... was a hiccup on a Uber or grubhub order, but they were trying to confirm the pickup guy and the order... the pickup guy wouldn'tdo it. Oh well... he didn't get the food. Surprisingly the fries were really really good. Their seasoning had a nice flavor. Daughter had the boneless wings, spicy Korean BBQ and mild. She loved them both. Read more
