The worst Wingstop ever is this one. Two items were missing when my son returned from picking up our dinner order. It's not a... big deal, but when I contacted and spoke to someone, they informed me that MY SON HAD STOLEN IT. I should have copied theirname. I have no motivation to steal ANYTHING, and I find it outrageous that the staff would dare to say otherwise. I simply hungup the phone, but trust me, this is far from done, and I'm going to push this as far as I can. Not for the money but for thefact that they messed up and couldn?t even come up with a decent solution (reasonable) and to provide basic Customer Service.What the world happens to Customer Service? Called and placed an order for 10 wings and fries, was told it would be about 20 mins so after 20 mins i drive to pick my food... up just to be told it hasnt been made yet and was waiting another 35 mins in the lobby. Wasn't sure... put it was clean, the staff was friendly and actually seemed to enjoy being there and serving customers. There... was a hiccup on a Uber or grubhub order, but they were trying to confirm the pickup guy and the order... the pickup guy wouldn'tdo it. Oh well... he didn't get the food.
