Reviews for White Castle in Indianapolis, IN
The worst White Castle food I've had in a long time. Both my date & I noticed our cheeseburgers were on stale, partially hard... buns, & my SECOND one had a NASTY taste to it. My passenger said SHE thought the drive-through guy was smart-alecky &rude. Normally, my date & I both LOVE White Castle, but THIS time, @ THIS location, I was ready to go back thru thedrive-through & tell them, "I don't get mad, I don't necessarily get even; I just call the Board of Health." Very polite and personable young lady at the drive-thru window, she was very kind. My order actually held up drive thru but she... had fresh fries for my loaded fries! Thank you, for being a polite lady! You didn't even try Read more
I placed an order via drive thru, that was timely. There was one car in front of me so I ended up waiting 15 minutes be I got... to the window to pay. Once there, it was about 5 minutes b4 I could drive off. Bit into the sandwiches from my #1 combo. Theywere horrible. They were NOT FRESH at all. Tasted like they had been sitting for hours and rewarmed/reheated. The only thingthat was fresh and decent tasting was my drink and the seasoned fries. Out of all the years that I have eaten White Castle, thiswas the absolute worst experience. Read more
Went here right when a Colts game was letting out. Service was a little slower but way faster than expected with the crowd... there. Friendly staff also. My only complaint is that they located in the same city as the Indianapolis colts. Not only that, they are right next to the Lucas oil stadium Read more
Staff incredibly rude, dining room filthy dirty without napkins, lids, or straws and every table sticky dirty with crumbs and... debris. The apathy from the staff is real. @whitecastle #filth #attitude #onestar Read more
HELLO WHITE CASTLE.... One of the friendliest places to get lunch in Indy. Sometimes you have to be patient at this White... Castle. There is a lot of walk traffic from the bus station. Most of the workers are amazing, personable and just down rightnice. Food is always fresh and made to order. (this is what takes a little longer) Fries are always hot. Read more
2-3 stars. I'm not sure how to rate it. There were only 2 people working, the manager and an associate. I was kinda in a rush.... So I thought I would make an easy order, 3 cheeseburgers with everything sauce(not everyone knows about the everything sauce, soit's understandable),but the cashier tells me I don't know what you are talking about. So the manager tells her, it's mustardand ketchup. Which it is kinda, except, it's already made mixed together and it's with the Dijon mustard. They put ketchup inthe red bottle and mustard in the yellow and then for the everything sauce they mix the cap and bottle. One red and otheryellow. Very easy. So the cashier went on and on still telling me they don't have it. Remind you the manager already told her what it was and myself. So, the manager heard her again and told her to listen I told you all it is is ketchup andmustard, Which is still wrong. At this point I just want my food and leave. But there is more. Okay, I did say maybe they dontdo it here, because I was in Indiana, and I'm from Chicago. So then I hear the manager telling her that all White Castles arethe same. Which I thought they were all the same too, till today. Then I waited 12 minutes for the 3 cheeseburgers. I finallyget them and guess what? They don't even put the mustard or ketchup on them. So she through a couple of packets in my bag.Really after all of that. Also, forgot to mention. I worked for White Castles. So, I know the procedure there. It was a longtime ago. Maybe they don't have the everything sauce anymore. It has been awhile since I ordered food from there. Wonderwhy?? Does anybody else know anything about the everything sauce? It's makes a big difference. I loved it. Read more
