Pleasantly surprised! White Castle is not known for good service these days. It’s more of a thunder dome situation going in... there. But this location seems to be heading in the right direction. When I walked up to the register to order I was promptlyand professionally greeted by an alert and smiley face! The order was taken promptly and for a moment I thought I was at ChicFila. So kudos to the general manager for this. The crew was also properly dressed and not goofing off or yelling like at theother locations. Order was correct and the food cooked fresh and perfect, just like it use to be years ago. Only issue was thedining room and restrooms could use a good cleaning. So kudos to the White Castle team at Emerson and 465. You’ve restored myhope that the company will last another 100 years. Read more

Ok, this place is a great spot for a bite to eat. Drive thru takes forever!!!!! Its definitely overpriced for these sandwiches.... Onion fries are greasy. Not much else to comment on. Staff was very nice and professional. Read more
