Dine in closed. We are in our travel trailer and I cannot go through the drive-up window. I was really bummed.
I don't know where to start. This is ridiculous. The manager was very unprofessional and it didn't make the situation any... better. So I'll start with I drove up to the drive thru, ordered 2 #12 which is the bacon or sausage and waffle meal. I got bothmeats so I paid 60 cent more for the bacon. After placing my order I finally got to the window, and the young man took mypayment, gave me my drink and after 4 min gave me my food. I asked him for jelly and mayo. After grab them. I look in the bagand seen black all over the waffle. Yes my waffles were burnt, both sandwiches. I told the young man nicely that I can't eatthis because it burnt. He yelled back to the others ( why y'all burn this lady food). I was like ???? ???? wow. So then themanager came and asked me what is the problem. I replied my sandwiches are burnt. He said they not burnt. They supposed to belike that. I said burnt. I said then you eat this in front of me, and show me if you can eat it because I didn't pay 16 dollarto eat burnt food. He told me he'll replace the food and I gave the sandwichs. He told me to pull up by the doors. I moved.After 7 min another young male came out of the white castle and gave me my food. I checked and it look ok until I grabbed oneand it was cold. It only had bacon. I'm at this point of I don't won't the food because it don't look right and something iswrong. So I go to the door and every door is locked. So I get back in my car and back towards the lane. And call the managerbefore I get to the window. I said hello can I speak to the manager. He said I'm the manager. I explained to him that my food isnot right and I rather get a refund because I don't see it getting better. He told me he's not going to refund me because I leftthe drive thru. I said well you told me too so that y'all can fix it the first time. I have not left the parking lot. Nice, clean room. The kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was wonderful!

Drive through was pretty quick for the line about 8 cars we placed our order and received our food in about 15min. A little... confused about pricing as the share a meal was only 15.99 but we ended up paying 19 and some change, but not that big a deal.Besides that food good and service was good. Read more
The worst food Industry ever created. I would NOT recommend to feed this food to your dog, let alone a person. I just went to... order the basic slider I asked for no onions. They gave me old meat no pickles and soggy bread, Soggy fries, and cold chickenrings , it’s only 11 am there is no reason food should be this way . I liked everything except the original sliders with cheese. I got 2 sausage breakfast sliders (love the breakfast all day), two... chicken w/cheese sliders, and then 4 original w/cheese, and some chicken rings. The sausage tasted fresh, and the chicken (bothsliders and rings) tasted fresh too. When I got to the original sliders they tasted super soggy where it grossed me out a bit.Couldn't finish the second original slider and had to throw the rest away. Food was good; the service was slow and the employees seem to not want to work that day ????. However the hotness and freshness... of the food made up for that. Read more
