Went this morning and ordered a breakfast slider and 3 cheeseburger, I was told they didn't have any burgers. So, I asked if... they were out of burgers, then he said no the grill isn't prepped for burgers yet. So, I ordered a breakfast slider combo, gotto the wind to pay and they aren't taking cash. When I get my food the hashbrowns and coffee are cold and old, they haddefinitely be sitting for a while. The service at this location was horrible. Read more
So I'm from California and I always wanted to check out the infamous White Castle. I even took a pic in front of your spot....... Something I do not do..... Just to be approached by an older white couple and was asked.... What Latin am I? I was like I'mMexican American from California, the lady's like no wonder your English is perfect for a Latin... All we got is Mexicanspeaking Mexicans and jibber jabbing Porto Ricos. I want outside got the sliders and some wrinkly dinky fries and when I openedthe little box I was stunned... Went thru drive thru ordered a special they were having, 10 cheese burgers with special cheese. I also ordered a drink. When I... got my order I pulled over to eat a few and realized I didnt get a drink. Had to go back in. And they cheated me a dollar in mychange but Igot it back. And there was no pickels. Stay away from this restaurant! Went to the drive thru. I was the only car in line. It took 10 minutes to get my food. The order... was wrong. I asked for sausage egg and cheese sliders, they gave me bacon. Told me that they were waiting on the fries to finishcooking, but some how they were cold. I called in the tell them about my order. The lady seemed like she wasn’t payingattention. I asked for her name and she refused saying they don’t give out names. Stay far away from this restaurant!Accountability is not their standard! Got scammed - 5am on 09/05/22 - Drive thru person takes your order and adds a gallon drink to it, not mentioning it of course...... then once you are gone they charge it back and keep / split the money. Since no gallon containers are missing, the owner neverknows any better and most patrons at this time of night / morning are hungover or still drunk from the night before and don'tcatch it. I gotta hand it to them, but I am not paying 14 bucks for a number 2 because I am impressed with your grade schoolhustle. Will be charging back and I hope the owner sees this and takes action. The sign on the door says dining room opens at 9. I was there Saturday morning at 9:20 am the dining room was locked, it was... raining and I wasn’t driving, but the manager on-site said that I would have to walk up to the drive through window to placemy order. yes Not only were they late to unlock the dining room but also put me in a very dangerous situation as walking up toa drive through window as there were cars in front of me and behind me. Terrible customer service, they weren’t acceptingdebit cards only cash and using a cell phone to calculate orders and the fries weren’t even fresh. I will spend my moneyelsewhere. Read more
Not sure what exactly was wrong with the Sliders. They just were different than before. Disgusting really. And they were out of... what initially went there for. Employee didnt really help me understand what was available. But did say they have white castleSliders. I said I'd take 3 white castle Sliders. No choice of what kind? Disappointing Read more
