White castle is always great. The drive thru can be backed up at this location. Service was awesome.
The worst white castle they can have customer service is shot. I asked for no onions but my burgers loaded with em and was tols... by the manager if i want no onions this is the wrong place for you. Upo. Sayibg theyll fix it i was brought cold burgers and 4or them was from the previous wrong order. Even the common knowledge of a simple order doesn't make sense to them. I ask for a bacon ,egg and cheese sandwich and They gave me a sausage egg cheese sandwich. The long lines and wait times would be fine if the food would come put hot and fresh, however my order is always complete with... pop soaked cup mixed with other syrups and no ice (that's sprite and chicken rings I waited for 15 mins on), no napkins on thebag, the wrong condiments, burnt old or cold fried foods, and most of the time wet soggy burgers that I have to have them remakemy order but customer manager at night is bad with writing down names... attitude on the phone, hassle to get it replaced if youdon't want to wait back in a 30 minute line because the inside is closed.
