They spoke british there, very nice, It was a fabulous experience. I would definitely recommend it for a romantic dinner or... anniversary. Th3y had banquet facilities and catering. Wait staff was superb. The valet washed and vacuum my Mercedes. A verynice touch. Read more
Sorry not sorry but this location needs a whole new team starting from the general manager on down , they never open or they... close before they time . Food be cold nothing fresh they don’t do DoorDash right you place order they wait hours to accept theorder if they do they say they can’t do the order at this time . Cancel the whole team ! I ordered the #1 combo with cheese and a side of their version of onion rings. All of my food was fresh, I loved the customer... service, and what really excited me was that the person that took my order changed her gloves without me having to ask her tobefore fixing my food????????????. I've gone to so many places where the cashier takes your money and then go forward withtouching your food without changing their gloves. So this White Castle gets an A+ from me. We just ate here at the Whitecastle! What a great first experience! We have frozen Whitecastle in SLC, UT, but that option is... nowhere close to the real deal. The employees at this location are FANTASTIC! They made our first time eating at WC. They madeall the right suggestions. Britney, Sharyn & Kenan even gave us a little sample so we knew what to expect! We were sold as soonas they gave us the sample! Wheeewwee! Sooooo good!!!!! This location really knows how to welcome some rookies from Utah! Therestaurant was clean, drink area & tables clean and free of clutter. Employees quick and attentive to their customers! They need a whole new manager and also someone that knows how to take orders at the drive through. Funny, I asked for a fish... slider. 1 fish slider. I don’t even eat meat besides fish but whoever took my order got it wrong saying I order two sliders. Igot all the way home realizing that it was incorrect. I ask to get my fish slider back. The manager literally refused to fix myorder basically blaming me. Never in my life have I seen a fast food restaurant tell the customer they were wrong. I’m a wholepescatarian I would never order a slider. It’s like the sandwich was coming out of her paycheck. Never again Read more
