Can we run to Kroger and grab some bread. This store from 3am serving chewed up baby food, 37.00 order and all we had was the... drinks cause I couldn't eat this apparent gumbo slider. As a DoorDash driver, I went through the drive-through to pick up the order as the lobby was closed. Although it was necessary... to wait a while, as they did not start the delivery order until I arrived, at least the food was very fresh and hot for thecustomer! Worth the wait! Horrible customer service! I submitted a mobile order and it said under the special instructions no onion extra pickles and... when I picked it up they didn’t see that and they refused to remake it even though it shows it on my order I showed them theemail confirmation and everything. This was a busy white castle surely they could’ve just used my normal cheese sliders on adifferent order and made mine correctly I was willing to wait. I had not even taken the burgers yet they still had them intheir possession. Read more
This place is going downhill. They were slow (drive-thru), we were the only ones there (drive-thru and the lobby). They forgot... my fries, had to turn around and go back (I was halfway home). I went inside and got them (during some heavy rain). I recievedno apology, and was made to look crazy, as if I myself had forgotten to put them in the bag. Also, the food quality was notgood. My onion petals looked like they had gone through a food processor, and the fries were not fresh....... It's sad whatplaces like this are coming to, especially when they want $15-$20/hrs for a $9/hr job....... Time to step it up folks...... Read more

Waited over 20 minutes in the drive through for 10 sliders, with only 1 other car in the drive through. At this point, I... honestly should of just drove off and went else where, but I stayed. Food was not that hot or great either. Not sure what theissue was. Read more
I had to wait in the drive through for over 30 minutes to get food that was dried out and old. How is that possible? ???? I was... really disappointed ???? when I gave the cashier a tip and when I drove a way to realize my food was old, reheated or refried. So disappointed! Read more
They gave me dry cold sliders the burgers were so old they were in pieces on the buns. I think the person who made my sliders... must have been blind because the cheese was way off to the side. I paid for my cheese to be mostly stuck to the bottom of thebox. This is the second time this has happened so I will not be going back. They don't care about the quality of their food.That's ten dollars I will never get back. I worked for 45 mins to make that ten dollars. I will never get that time back either.What a waste of time and money. Read more
