The 1 star, since I have to select at least 1, is for Josh! He is an incredible worker and it takes a tremendous amount of... strength to be talked to the way I heard his manager barking orders at him and he responded by doing what was asked and not aresponse to her disrespectful and degrading attitude. No card readers working at drive thru, so I was asked to come inside tofind those aren't working either. I left to get cash at the bank and returned to find Josh had completed my order, as I hadrequested, so it would be ready upon my return as promised. However, the 4 foot something manager with red hair stated there wasa drive thru order was the same as mine. I had been at this wendys for over 20 minutes and following their requests to comeinside and go get cash. When I explained how frustrated I was and how this makes no sense, the manager grabbed the food and withgreat attitude and unaudible "smack talk" gave it to me, but refused to provide the receipt and yelled something as I walked outthe 1st set of doors. I feel for Josh and the black woman that took my order (she was sweet and I didn't mean to startleher...she even offered me a complimentary drink for my trouble) as they were both so disrespected by their management, lead, orwhatever the anonymous troll's title may be. There was another 2 workers there as well, one guy cleaning up outside and thedrive thru worker, but I only have descriptions and the name that was yelled at. Mistakes happen and sometimes equipment doesn'twork, the most upsetting was how the 2 of 3 workers I came in to contact with were treated in the presence of customers! It'shard to find good workers or anyone willing to work for that matter, and they should be treated well or with respect even ifthey're not liked. That managers actions ultimately puts the entire team at risk if she treats all customers this way! Time fora regional director or corporate to be involved since your store management is incompetent! My husband was told by the manager that the conversation was over and was hateful with him due to him being cheated out of a... half his order and then called him a lier instead of working with him with the situation. Then employee started nothing off tohim also and pretty rude with him. He never got his food after waiting 45 mins to get his order right but took his money. Theyneed better management if their going to have a good business. Read more

I've visited this location many times. They are frequently "closed" in the middle of the day. Half of their menu has been... missing for at least 3 months, so you better know exactly what you want. This goes for all meals. The drive thru menu doesn'tlight up at night, either. The food is okay most of the time, but fries are frequently cold and they never seem to have bakedpotatoes. Read more

Worse experience at a Wendy's of my life. Kept telling me the bacon was almost done 25 mins later still not done. Then refused... to give me a refund. I will never go back to that place. Also to the person that said I was getting an attitude.your the onethat needs to be more professional. When a customer that did not receive a item and asks for their money back you don't say "mymanager won't allow that". I will be reaching out to the district manager. Read more

My Jr hamburgers were not what I was expecting asked for extra condiments on burgers did not get, I ordered 3 burgers but only... received 2, these burgers and fries were cold just chalked it up and fixed them up in the break room at work. Wendy's I know youcan do better maybe hire a better staff that will actually do the job correctly Read more

So first it was that they were never open as early as it stated on here. Now they're opening on time, but they need to correct... their closing hours or stop closing earlier than they're supposed to be. One or the other cause I'm sick of driving torestaurants because according to their listed hours on Google they're SUPPOSED to be open, just to get there & find they'reclosed. Gas prices may be dropping, but they're still too high to be wasting gas on pointless trips like that. Read more

They gave me a salad but the parm cheese was slimy and smelled really bad. I asked if they could swap it out and they said no... and so I asked for a refund and they said they could remake the salad but they where very rude. So I was like can I just get arefund. They kept telling me no refund until they got their manager. He smelled it and tried to keep a straight face but youcould tell he thought it was gross so he refunded me. The teenage girl that works there just needs fired. It?s not her job toargue about the quality of a salad and she can?t just refuse a refund. It would be different if I just ate it and then tried butit was so bad smelling and looked nasty. Also they?re always screaming and yelling in the back while the cashier is trying todo their job.
