It's always extremely slow service at the drive thru. They take several minutes to fulfill an order regardless of what was... ordered and they are unable to multitask. The person at the menu has to wait until they're done with the person at the windowbefore even being able to order. This has happened every time I've been there, and the food has never been great. I'm telling you right now, if you're looking for a Wendy's DON'T STOP AT THIS ONE!!! I live down the road from this location, it... was convenient for me. But NEVER AGAIN!!! I went here a handful of times and I've NEVER gotten what I've ordered, except fortheir chili that I ordered one day and ONLY got the tomatoes juice. There was NOTHING else in it!! BUT THAT'S NOT THE HALF OFIT! My dad just had some of teeth pulled a wk ago and they were making fun of the way he talked MOCKING HIM andLAUGHING!!!????LIKE ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!? DISGUSTING!!! This location needs to close. They are never open at the same time. Anytime after 1pm it's hit or miss. I have tried eight... times in a month period after 1 and have a always been told they are closed. I understand if you don't have staffing but ifthat's the case change and post your hours. Read more
We stopped here for breakfast. Once we got our food my wife's sandwich was burnt, it was the wrong sandwich and we found 3 hairs... in my biscuits and gravy. We inspected them and it definitely was NOT our hair. Absolutely disgusting! Do not stop here Read more

Apparently, this is a "Baconator". This is what they handed me today. I politely told the cashier that this is incorrect and... that a Baconator has 2 pieces of meat & 6 strips of bacon. Alicia, was the supervisor on duty and she said to me in the meanestway you could speak to a person," well you gotta tell me that you want a double or triple. If you don't tell me I'm giving you asingle." I told her that there isn't even an option for a single Baconator on the menu. She just stared at me and said that myorder was right. I asked for a refund so that I could go to another Wendy's where they would make it correctly; she said no. Iasked for my receipt so that I could complain to whoever is over her. They have a paper sign saying they close at 10 pm is barely 9:30 and the employees are being lazy. These guys don?t work and get... paid they have another sign saying drive thru closed and dining room open lol ???? they have the doors closed and hide on theback. Read more
