Asked for LIGHT ice and this is what I was given (this was after finishing the drink so some had even melted). Not only did the... person in the window insist ?it?s barely any ice in there? twice, he also refused to take any ice out! I've never been impressed with this location. However last night I stopped about 10 minutes before closing. Staff was the... nicest I've seen in a very long time. Since Pandemic customer service has all but disappeared. The staff working late lastnight brought me some faith back that customer service isn't gone. They and their manager should be rewarded! Worst Wendys in Indiana. Came in around 1pm. Waited by the counter for 10ish mins. Multiple employees noticed me and ignored me... until one finally decided to help me. Burger tasted worse then my old high schools Burgers. There's much better choices aroundthe area. Read more
