The manager is absolutely terrible. Tried to take the side door to go inside to get missing food from a drive-thru order (I... wasn't even upset) and she yelled at me to go to the other side. Not sure that what I was doing warranted that response. Theother staff were all lovely, the manager is the problem. Read more

The board of health really need to go and check that restaurant out. It was so nasty behind the counter where the food is being... prepared. The staff are just there. They have no clue about what is in stock and what is not. Dining area was nasty as well. Myfood was cold. I threw everything anyway. Wasted time and money. Read more

Slowest Wendy's ever. At drive thru and clearly asked for 2 number 1 meals. After at least a 10 minute wait I get to window and... only get 1 because she didn't hear me say 2 of them. So I said ok can you add a second meal and said she couldn't and told me togo inside to order. Didn't want to argue so I go inside and had to wait another 15 min. By that time the first meal became cold.Very upset and frustrated. Read more

I ordered a $5 Jr bacon cheeseburger biggie bag and my order was handed out already. Which I have no problem with, we're human.... The issue I have is that after I waited for it to be corrected, I still didn't get the sandwich I paid for. Not to mention thechicken nuggets were cold. Read more

Was not open in the middle of a regular day. (Non holiday) Probably caused by terrible and greedy corporate management not... offering decent living wages and benefits. Guarantee the profit loss from this location being closed is greater than the costof a fairly paid workforce. Read more

The old manager was great, and needs to be brought back. The place was never perfect and never will be, but at least he cared... about customer satisfaction. There?s always a long line now, and you can?t even get a free BBQ sauce for the wait. Read more

Three different times now, between 5 and 9pm I've driven up to the drive through and not gotten a response from the speaker... after waiting for 5-7min and attempting to talk to the unit. I know there were staff because I saw them while driving away. Ifthis Wendy's is closed at weird timed they should at least put a sign up. Read more
