Store is dirty and falling apart. Staff was impatient and cold. Over half the drink options on both Freestyle machines were out.
The Wendy's on Poat Rd in Indianapolis is by far the most disgusting restaurant I have ever been too. Apparently the workers to... freaking lazy to sweep,mop,clean tables,etc. They aren't even able to the basics of a fast food place. Read more
Place looked closed. Indoor floor mats were lying directly in front of entrance. Manager stated they had no fries, big burgers,... or lettuce. He stated they were awaiting a supply truck.Outnumbered, decided to stay. Chicken sandwich was good. Coke sensationsmachine flavors were sparse and soda was flat. For about the last 6 weeks, it has been one thing or another. These last couple weeks, they have only been accepting cards, no... cash, not even exact change. This is a huge inconvenience. Haven't been going there, because I do group orders, but today Idecided you can't mess up chili. Still had to pay with card. Can the customers know WHY you are taking paper currency? Read more
Unfortunately the Classic Chicken was overcooked but not hot. I actually had to pull apart several parts of the outside edges... because it was just literally hard. Hamburger overdone/sitting around a bit and the fries were cold. As we were sitting in thedining room we noticed tables and floor were dirty. There was very little traffic at the drive thru and no one else inside butus. Only good thing was my fries was fresh... I asked for no pickles but still got pickles, bun was kinda hard. For as long as I... waited I wouldve thought all my food would be correct and fresh. Read more
Truly the worst Wendy?s I have ever gone to. And I love Wendy?s and get the craving sometimes. But I?ve stopped here three times... and 1) even if there is no drive thru line and very few cars in the parking lot, you will still wait 5-10 min to even place yourorder after the operator tells you to give them just a moment! 2) when you DO get the person to take your order, they will 100%be out of whatever it is you?re asking for. And 3) if and when you do get the food, it?s cold and the chicken nuggets are veryclearly never fresh or crispy or even spicy (if you get the spicy ones) like they have been cooked 2 hours ago.
