Worst Wendy's experience I've ever had. To start you can tell they either didn't care which drink they gave us or haven't... changed their syrups in forever because what were supposed to be a Dr. Pepper and a Coke both tasted like vanilla coke zero. Iordered a hamburger and received a chicken sandwich with a stale bun and my girlfriend ordered no pickles and got extra. And ontop of that we were the only car in the drive-thru and it took forever and the customer service was horrible. Every fast foodplace in the stretch of the road is horrible. I had one decent experience here when an older lady was in charge of the drive-thru, but after that, all went downhill. Twice,... this location has given me cold, stale food or left items out of my bag?horrible location. Read more
I don't even care how good or bad the food is. The staff at this Wendy's was so nice. The lady that took my order was patient... and explained menu items to me (I'd never had Wendy's breakfast) and apologized sincerely when something wasn't available. Theyoung man that brought the food out to my car said "thank you for choosing Wendy's and have a great day" and it seemed like hewas very genuine about it. The overall feel of this Wendy's is very nice and I'm all for it. 10/10 would recommend based on themorning staff alone! Read more
11/7/22 the service here still sucks. This time they were faster... but didnt give me the right food. From 2019- I was in the... drive thru for 20 minutes today. I pulled up and they asked me if I ordered 4 grilled chicken wraps, I told them no, it was agrilled chicken wrap and a JBC. They charged me for what I ordered, then handed me 4 grilled chicken wraps. While I was happy toget more than I asked for, but I was unhappy to spend 20 minutes only to get the wrong food. This is not the first time thisWendy's has had slow, poor service. I will say that I have never been to Wendy's that has so consistently gotten my order entirely wrong and almost quite literally... ice cold. Unprofessional staff that don't care and higher ups that probably care just as less. But hey it is just a cheap fastfood restaurant so who cares what I think? ??????? Read more
I rarely ever leave reviews but feel compelled to warn others about our experience here. My partner and I went through the drive... thru for a quick lunch and each got a combo. They gave us our drinks first, and aside from the fact that we couldn't tell whichone was diet Dr. Pepper and which one was regular Root Beer, they tasted like straight battery acid. We turned the corner, eachwith burnt tongues and oncoming acid reflux, toward the dumpster and immediately tossed them. Then we got home to discover theworst Wendy's burgers we've ever had. The service was terrible, but that's besides the point. I mean it's fast food, so weweren't expecting a lot there. However, the soda is beyond awful, and the food sucks. We placed a mobile order. When we get there we are told we have to come in to get it. When we get it home the baconator fries... had 3 stripes of bacon and very little cheese. It was cover with cling wrap and absolutely disgusting. They completely messed myfiancé food. We will not being going back there. Worst service ever. ???????????????????????? Read more
This place is trash !!! And this is the 2nd time this has happened?tonight I pull up at a drive-through at 10:40. Nobody moves... for five minutes. I pull around to the girl in the front of the line and say have they taken your order and she says no theytold me shift change and I have to wait for shift change.
