The store manager took my order while he was texting on his phone and over charged me. I asked for a refund right when I noticed... he gave me food that I did not order and he told me no. I caught 4 buggy bags for me and my 4 boys in the car at the drive through. They charged me for 5. I only had like 30 bucks on... my card and I needed gas so I was gonna use my last for my gas. When I confronted the manager and realized I didn?t even haveone of my burgers. I was upset about the mistake because of my situation. The manager that was running the building tall heavyset black male said he made all 5 sandwiches and placed them in the bag. Then turned around asked the drive thru lady if she putthem in the bags. She said yes and he refused my 5 dollar refund on my card because of this sandwich I did not receive. Thanksfor taking advantage of a single mother and her children that was struggling. Moved to the area and still haven't finished unpacking so stop by for a quick breakfast sandwich. Sausage, egg, and cheese... classic. It was a good sandwich. The season potato wedges were good tasting. The Cold Brew that I got I didn't really care for.Friendly drive thru staff. Read more
Lots of small issues made the visit unpleasant. No frosties were available, even before 7pm, I had to repeat my order 4 times... as the employee kept forgetting it or kept forgetting to enter it into the system, they tried to give me the wrong meal at thewindow, and they gave us the wrong sauces and refused to exchange them for the correct ones because we didn't order theadditional sauces. Tasty food. Healthier choices as available. Reasonable prices. This restaurant is very clean, comfortable and cozy. The interior... is very well decorated and laid out. Free WiFi Dined in. Around 9pm. Service was friendly and efficient. The guy behind thecounter greeted me with a smile and seemed to really enjoy his job. My food came out extremely fast. The order was accurate.
