Wei Ramen is really good food. The portion sizes are pretty big, so you?ll probably have leftovers. I also highly recommend... the croquets as an appetizer. The service here is pretty good. They did try and get us going very quickly, but at times I felta little rushed. It?s better to be a little overbearing than to be absent though. Overall, it was a really good experiencehere. We have had wonderful dinners at Wei Ramen. The first time we went we accidentally were there when a big convention was... happening but their service was still great and quick. They get our your ramen really fast. I love their pork buns and gyzo somuch! I could eat there for every meal! Read more
Wei Good and Wei Cool!! I stopped into Wei Ramen purely by accident while walking around the downtown area looking for some... grub. I admit I was in explorer mode so I was getting hungry after walking around for a few hours. I hadn't had good Ramen in awhile so I decided to check it out. The restaurant is a nicely decorated spot and very inviting. The menu is simple but offersyour typical Ramen restaurant fare. I was admittedly hungry so ordered some of my favourites and of course a nice bottle of saketo wash it all down. I had Takoyaki and Karrage Chicken and ordered one of the signature Ramens. I was pleasantly surprised asthe food was on par with some of my favourite local Ramen joints in my hometown. I think I may have ordered a bit too muchfood, but hey, it was a fantastic meal in a popular downtown spot. Read more
For a vegetarian, the options are very limited HOWEVER, being an Asian myself, the taste was very close to home. It was spicy,... warm, and earthy feeling. I do not know how to use chopsticks and I was NOT judged for asking for a fork (or maybe I was). Theservice was great and the people were very sweet. It was completely worth the buck! Read more
Everything was amazing. My fiancé and I was in downtown not sure of what to eat. Happen to see Wei ramen and when I tell you... everything was perfect it definitely was! This is now our favorite spot. The atmosphere was nice and the servers were great.Compared to other ramen places we've been too. Their prices are amazing and we got way more things for the price we paid at anyother place. Can't wait to go back ???????????? Read more
4 stars because the food was good but the service was subpar. Maybe they were just busy or short staffed but it was... disappointing. Upon arrival there was no line but we stood around for a while waiting to be seated. Finally got seated and thennone of the wait staff knew we there. Waited about 15 to 20 min for menus and someone to ask for a drink order. When our foodarrived , the waitress dropped the food on the table and immediately left, we had no time to ask for napkins, a fork for toytoddler, or a refill on drinks. She never came back to check on us. I had to go ask an employee for these things. When it wastime for the bill, I had to once again go find someone. Read more
We dined here for the first time this past weekend after hearing about this spot for a while. We were able to be seated... immediately and our order taken very quickly. The karrage chicken was super yummy!!!!!! The spicy miso ramen was soo good aswell. I had curry ramen, and it wasnt my favorite even though i like curry. The flavors just werent strong enough for mepersonally. I would order the shoyu ramen in the future because i know i would like that. The gyoza was ok. Great experience. The food and service were great. I ordered the kerragi and spicy Ramen. The both were very great The chicken... was crispy and tender. The Ramen was savory and had a decent amount of spice, but was by no means spicy. Read more
