SERVED MY HUSBAND RAW CHICKEN ( SANDWICH) .He took a bite and as he was chewing noticed it was undercooked ( Raw) GROSS!! We... were the only two people in there also. Isn't there a standard timeframe to cook chicken? The waitress was willing to cook allnew meals, but we decided to leave as we were grossed out. And because they also got my order wrong as well ????only hadtwoorders to prepare and one undercooked and other wrong, pathetic. Will NEVER be back...this isn't the first time I've hadundercooked chicken served , happened to me few years back on the west side. Just hope my husband doesn't get ???? It's the atmosphere you'd expect of a Waffle House at the price you'd expect in this economy. No violent acts or viral videos... leading to evidence, just working class folk needing a quick and cheap breakfast and there's not a damn thing wrong with that. Read more
Our food was so good. It was ready really quick and the staff were fast and courteous also!! I'd recommend it
It was everything you expect out of Waffle House. Food was excellent, our server Gracie was fantastic and we were in and out... quickly. There was a Karen that jumped the line for a table, but that wasn't the employees fault. Read more
I came into the store around 1:45am on Sunday morning to order 3 sandwiches to go. I was told by a young girl who came to the... cash register that they were not taking "to go" orders because they were too busy. I asked her if the manager knew she wasturning away customers/money. She laughed and said "can't you see we're busy. At that time, another older woman came to theregister and stated that my order would be the last "to go" order because they were too busy. She said this in a rude manner andsaid I was being rude. I asked to speak with the manager and was told to "call them, they know there is only 5 of us working". I left the store. They are rude and obviously don't realize that without customers, they would not have a job. They both needlessons/training in customer service. I will not recommend this Waffle House to anyone. Food is so good. Right priced and nice to relax and enjoy. The people there were very friendly.
Food is always great. Got surprised that they no longer say "hold the weight" when you order bacon that isn't well done... (crispy). Other than that, it was exactly what I expected. I get the same thing every time. All-star: over easy, hash insteadof grits, wheat, bacon (limpy), waffle and coffee. Prices did go up as expected as well due to gas prices, etc, etc. Read more
