Phone etiquette is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Based on the woman answering the phone I will never purchase anything from this place.... If she's going anywhere near the food it's probably as nasty as her attitude. Read more

Food is always good. The order system needs work. I always order/reserve what I need. This year, I went to pick up my order,... and the ham in the size I ordered was not available! They couldn't explain why I had taken the time to order but couldn't getwhat I had ordered. They told me I could get a larger ham for a small discount. I had two issues with this: 1) You shouldhonor the price of what I wanted since it's your error, 2) I have a smaller family, and not everyone eats ham. Therefore, I'mgoing to be throwing away half of it. The thought of wasting food like that is upsetting in and of itself, not to mention I'malso throwing away money! Read more

The phone etiquette is completely horrible, this was my first time. I'm person, the heavy black girl, was rude, standing... around talking. The young lady who retrieved my ham and turkey was pleasant and professional. The ham and turkey my family atewas delicious. Read more

Well the ordering and pick up experience was 5 stars, especially that it was the day before Thanksgiving. They had plenty of... staff working to handle the long lines and everyone was very kind. Not sure how the ham tastes but hopefully it?ll be good. Read more

HORRIBLE. we ordered online and it said curbside pickup was an option. called when we arrived and the lady was as rude as could... be. she said ?sorry you need to wait in line like everyone else? then hung up the phone. we?re given a 30 min time slot, soexpecting to be able to get it in the time frame. we went during lunch hour, and had to leave because it took so long. then thesame woman had the audacity to say ?we will then give the ham to someone else? so rude. we went back after work to get it, andonline hours say it is open til 8. we came at 6:45 and the people were in there in the window but wouldn?t let us in. so rude. iwill never waste my money here again, and you shouldn?t either !
