I had no idea what to expect, but I was absolutely impressed. I initially heard the words "food truck," and I imagined the... usual fare. Not the case at all. They are more than just the food. I felt appreciated and valued as a customer. The truckarrived exactly on time, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the food was awesome. The selection was good and theprices were on point. We tried the Burger and the Chicken tender baskets. Both came with a big portion of hot and tastyfries(awesome by themselves) that were perfectly seasoned and a delicious fried biscuit (awesome by themselves)that came withapple butter. The Burger was juicy,and not a baby burger either. Like all of their food, it was cooked to order 9/10. Theirservice is surprisingly fast based on the fact that there are only 3 folks in the truck with tons of incoming orders. Thetenders were well seasoned and crispy too, just big enough to dip into our sauces, which were also provided at no extracharge,perfect 10/10. I will definitely be back with my family. The two ladies in there were very welcoming and sweet and I love the artwork on the inside it's very original and the food was... DELICIOUS! So I gave them two stars because two out of five of the things that we got we?re good. The strawberry cake was very good. my... breakfast sandwich was good. Rice was mushy and had way to much butter. The fried potatoes were good but was more mashed thanfried. The salmon croquettes were greasy and kind of tasted like flat fish bread. the eggs were ok. I?d love to come back andtry the fried chicken and blackened salmon. We spent about $45. Read more
