I'm NEVER disappointed when I come here!! They have the best customer service and the best food. Thank you ***UPDATED*** 7... months ago when I originally made this post, I received the best customer service and the food was great. BUT as of today, I canhonestly say I'm very disappointed. Customer service definitely fell off our waitress was MIA, I had to ask the host to checkto see if our food was ready. Food was horrible and you could tell that they didn't care about making sure it was cookedcorrectly. The only thing that was good was the blue crush lemonade and I could go anywhere for that. I love that it’s a really big restaurant and they have a lot of tables, so it’s always not too difficult to get a table... during weekends. We ordered steak and kabobs. Really tasty. Not sure why they stop providing peanuts but cinnamon buns are stillavailable while waiting for the food. Recommended for people love proteins! Read more
I had the 10oz Dallas Filet with all the fixins and it was perfect. Our server was very cordial and professional.

I know you all are short handed but a 45 min wait for salad and having to get the servers attention over and over and then her... having to make them herself.... our steaks came out and then so did the salads that she forgot to tell them not to make . Server took care of the white visitors real well but not minorities Seated at 7:51pm Ordered 8:02pm Food came out 8:43pm Asked... for a1 sauce Asked a second time 8:49 Sauce came out 8:50 Medium steak over cooked, dry as stale bread. Medium + steak way undercooked. Steak came out warm but sides still steamy. First time I couldn’t stomach a 16oz ribeye steak. I don’t casuallywrite bad reviews or good reviews, but this piece of steak is definitely dried up and old. Can tell my color of the steak andoily shine film on top. Anyone who has cooked steak for 10+ years can tell bad meat apart from fresh meat. Server have beenignoring our table from the moment our order was placed. Fairly disappointed with this Texas Roadhouse, the beer was not nearly as cold as the Avon Texas Roadhouse. My 6oz sirloin was... cooked to a rare when it was supposed to be medium rare(not to big of a deal). I also think that my chicken was undercooked butI can’t say for sure. The flavor was great and the waitress did a good job, especially considering it was her first day. Ifyou’re looking to go to a Texas Roadhouse, I would choose a different location. 3 stars mainly for Moriah, the waitress thatdoes everything she can to ensure your visit is as good as possible, if not for her I’d say just go somewhere else for themoney spent. So I ordered the snake bites and a cactus water. ???????? The snake bites taste salty! I know they are typically very rich... because of the cream cheese but taste like they added salt. The cactus water was watered down. They shouldn't offer this drinkwith ice since it has club soda in it. It taste like NOTHING! I requested strawberry syrup to add flavor and it worked.
