Drove up for breakfast. Dark inside. No one answered at the drive-thru. They have signs in the window advertising breakfast... so?? Other times I?ve been, they almost always forget something (I.e. the chips for my chips and cheese. Gave me the cheese,but no chips?) One time I got someone else?s order completely. If you've read through the bad reviews from a year ago and are wondering if things have improved... No, no they... haven't. They're constantly closed early. They're constantly "out of stock" (more likely they just don't want to make anythingfresh because they're going to close early). They are generally unprofessional, unpleasant people, but that often escalates toflat out rude. That struggle with providing complete and accurate orders. They struggle with food quality. The worst location Ive ever been to. Taco Bell is pretty much the only fast food restaurant i will go to, and unfortunately this... location is the most convenient. Food is usually poorly prepared. Special orders are always charged, but rarely added to youritems. Service today was the worst yet. Was met at the window with an eye roll and an open hand. Girl didnt say a word to me.Gave her my card and she walked away and immediately dropped 10 f-bombs in a row and sprinkled in the n-word a few times forgood measure while talking to one of her co workers. Came back with my card and food, still not saying a word, but seeminglyeven more annoyed this time. Sorry i showed up at 7pm on a sunday, i guess it was break time, as 6 workers were sitting in thedining area glaring as we pulled in the parking lot...i suppose thats better than them sitting in the parking lot smoking weedand screaming obscenities like the last time i was here.... I mean it's fast food so don't expect top of the line service or quality. My issue was standing there, clueless on how to order... since my family and I don't frequent fast-food establishments, it took about 15 minutes for an employee to slowly walk to thecounter and say "are you waiting to order or something?" Then directed me to the kiosk. My order was wrong, twice. Definitelyhorrible experience for the one time we decided to give Taco Bell another try. Will not be back. Read more
This place is night and day. The daytime/lunch experience is usually pretty good. But, in the evening they are often closed... unexpectedly or out of beef???? How does Taco Bell run out of beef?? And, they regularly ?forget? multiple items from yourorder. I?ve decided it?s worth the longer drive to just go to another location. Read more
Pulled up in drive-thru no one in line and parking lot fairly empty at around 5:45. I order 2 Deluxe Cravings Boxes with one of... them asking for a beef chalupa instead of steak with Pepsi to drink on both and ordered a side of beef. The lady on speaker assoon as I told her I wanted to switch the chalupa got a attitude of telling me to hold on. I wanted about a minute and she cameback on I heard her say yes and someone else say no at same time. When I looked on line what what wanted before getting there itsaid I had an option to swap the chalupa choice to beef. On the order screen before I pulled off and when asked if order wascorrect I said yes because it showed one of the boxes with the swap of a beef chalupa. Pull up when she opens window she tellswhoever she is on phone with by blue tooth she will have to call them back and she proceeded to complete my.whike transaction.Get home we had everything but both chalupas ended up being steak instead of one of them beef, no nachos to our meals, the5-layer burrito was a joke and the cheese cups were barely half full. Sorry I bothered the staff to even make my meal right letalone make sure everything was there before passing out window. I know I could have checked before I left but also the expo partof job could have been better and overall service. Read more
Came by around 2:40 today and ordered both a chipotle chicken burrito and a beefy melt from the 2 dollar menu. The first bite... I took of the chipotle chicken burrito felt like I could have broken a tooth. I opened the burrito slightly to see what was sohard and I found a bone about an inch long. That sort of thing is incredibly off putting. I threw the entire contents of mybag into the trash, nothing being eaten. That sort of thing should not be over looked and I am certainly not going to dealwith negotiating about it. All in all, I lost about 5 dollars but I will not be supporting Taco Bell in the future, thislocation or any other. That?s disgusting, lazy and quite frankly a little dangerous. Read more
