I pulled up to the window at 11:30 pm, thinking they should be open because they?re open until 4 am. They tell me they?re only... taking DoorDash and grub hub orders. So I park and order on the DoorDash app, then pull back around into the drive through. Itwould?ve been faster for everyone if they were just taking orders. They always seem to never have change for cash sales. Orders take forever. Will go to another Taco Bell 2 miles further away... which always has change and gets your food quickly. Read more
Everytime I have been there they have messaged something up. Called to try to get it fixed and the managers just wanna have an... excuse on why it was messed up instead of fixing the problem. One of the worst most nastiest Taco Bell I have ever been to and I've worked for 6 Taco Bells and no none in Indy but even held... a managers position in the past. So many times pulling up at the order screen they tell you before you speak it has to be eithercard or exact cash only they have no change. Then they for the most part will ask if you want sauce. Either they are out of thehot sauce and mild sauce or they don't put it in your bag. They leave napkins out most of the time. Drink carriers??? Are youkidding me??? I have needed a drink carrier so many times only to get told they don't have any. I have tried ordering the cheesybean and rice burritos add ground beef and sour cream (my most favorite item) only to get told I'm sorry we are out of riceright now. Literally the worst Taco Bell experience I've personally ever had. I Didn't receive half of what I ordered, and what I did get... was cold to the touch. I would avoid this place at all costs. Trust me, the late night hunger is better than being hungry stilland out money too. Trash!! Read more

Food sucks no matter what time a day. Its soggy and not fresh. Their meat has a funny after taste as well. Drive thru folks were rude. The food wasn't made correctly and we were charged for sour cream and nacho cheese without it... actually being added to our food. The drink I was given tasted horrible. And my tacos were already so soggy they fell apart inthe bag before I could even eat them. Read more
