You need to fix whatever is wrong with your nachos. Actually how have you not gotten enough complaints about this? I... purposefully did not eat here for multiple months hoping that you could fix this issue, but you still haven't. How is it evenpossible to ignore how wrong the nachos taste? I genuinely just spat it out immediately in disgust. The nachos taste like burntpeanuts and crumble like sand in your mouth. I cannot be the only one to notice this, like genuinely the nachos are actuallyinedible and I've never ever ever been to a Taco Bell with this problem, let alone for MONTHS. Absolutely horrible customer service. They refused to sever me breakfast even though it was only 10:55am. Breakfast for that... store ends at 11. I pulled up and breakfast was still on the menu. When I ordered, they told me they weren?t doing breakfastanymore. I told them I thought it ended at 11 and they replied that it ended ?right now.? I then told them they might want tochange their menu screen over, and the lady replied by asking me why i was yelling at her? I wasn?t yelling at her and wasmerely pointing out that their breakfast menu was still active. Im never going to this store again. Read more
Save yourself the time & headache & avoid this Taco Bell! They ALWAYS have an excuse why they can?t work! I just sat in the... drive thru at 8pm on a Friday evening for about 30 minutes just for them to tell us they are closed now & just took their lastcar right in front of us!! And let me also mention when you get in the line at this Taco Bell, once you are at the speaker &have cars behind you, you are stuck! You can?t get out of the line! This Taco Bell is the worst store in the whole state in myopinion! I will NEVER go there again! Showed up 30 minutes before close. A line of 6 cars and noones even taking orders. Meanwhile an employee is outside smoking a... cigarette seeing how long the line is. Noone got helped and everyone had to leave. Read more
Be careful when ordering off drive thru menu. Ordered 5 layer beefy burrito because menu price was 1.59 when I got to window to... pay was charged 3.38. Employee refused to make corrections and treated me like I was being ridiculous. The employees werelaughing because I wanted charges taken off my card for the overcharge and would not accommodate the request I will never returnto this location. Read more
Not only did the bigger girl in a hair net give such a rude attitude but they refused to serve door dash orders then lied to... door dash and the customers on the phone. These kids were standing around and visibly handling food while they kept a whole linein the drive through waiting for food. No acknowledgement and no customer service skills whatsoever. When we asked or otherstried to ask for orders they got rude and acted as if their actions were our fault. Great establishment right here. The girl islucky she stayed behind a window to talk her mess and threaten me. Management get your kids in check before they talk wrong tothe wrong one. Worst taco bell ever! First horrible management, and lazy employees! They always have the lights turned off at night which makes... it look like they are closed. Then they close early saying their under staffed and they are not busy. I can only imagine howmuch money that they lose by people think that they are closed. If I was the owner I would go when it's dark and fire themanagement. Many times I went and they have excuses to refuse my order. Read more
