Choked on this almost inch long chicken bone from my soft taco today. This store is impossible to contact to even let them know.
This location is terrible. They're always out of something major, like ground beef or tortillas. If you order through the app... and they're out of something you ordered, they'll tell you to just go to cancel your order and go to a different locationinstead of offering a replacement. The absolute worst fast food restaurant in the area. They're probably going to be out of whatever you order, but it doesn't... matter, because they're going to give you the wrong items anyway. Against my better judgement, I end up pulling into thislocation about once every year or so, and every time, the order is wrong and the food is gross. Read more
Genuinely very confused. I went back after I had already ordered and taken it home because they made my veggie Mexican pizza... with black beans instead of refried beans (I know its dumb but I hate black beans.) I didn't really care bout that and Iunderstand that?s a very easy mistake. They gave me my pizza. I checked it before I left and I saw refried beans sticking outthe side. I assumed all it would be the refried beans. A corner of it was refried beans and the rest was beef???? So I ate thebeef without realizing. I've been a vegetarian my whole life. I've never had this issue and am so confused how that happened. Ialso ordered a soft taco supreme with beans instead of beef. I opened my taco and it was only beans and cheese. They were out oflettuce which is fine but I didn't get the sour cream and tomatoes. I don?t ever write reviews but I am upset that none of myfood was correct and I couldn?t eat it because dietary restrictions. I was raised a vegetarian since birth so I get sick when Ieat meat. Employees are always nice. Sure, the orders may not always be 100% correct, but they're close enough. For east side fast food,... it's about as good as you get. Read more

Late night is take out only and ordering has to be done via doordash or the app. Staff is pretty disinterested, don't expect any... level of service here. Food was well made and fresh. Ordered a few different things. They were nice to include hot saucepackets. Read more
Would give NEGATIVE stars if possible!!! I usually NEVER go to THIS location if possible!!! Always an issue each & every time!!... Today, was NO different! Went through Drive Thru, was spoke to very rudely over the speaker, THEN after placing my order, shesays "we don't have any Pepsi products, in fact, we have NO drinks at this location. THEN, she says "we don't accept cash".WOW!! THEN...I had to stay in line because once you're in the drive thru, you can't get out because of how it's designed. So,she was rude about that as well! I will NEVER go to this location again. I will either go up the street to Lasalle OR to CherryTree!! This is THE WORST Taco Bell location EVER!!!!! Read more
