Absolutely don't go late night, spent 30 dollars on poorly made cold food, and the guy that took my order appeared to be... extremely tired ???? I have one question, if the chicken quesadilla is placed on the grill how does the bread and fillingremain ice cold would have taken it back if the line was moving at a normal pace instead of one car at a time. I would have given 5-Stars, however I forgot to order a small side of nacho cheese sauce at the speaker so I asked at the window... if she could add it on and I was more than happy to pay for it but the gal told me I had to go back around to the speaker toorder despite the face that I was the only person there, both in the Drive-Thru and lobby. Taco Bell is one of my favorite fast foods with a great app and good food choices but I cannot recommend this specific... restaurant less. It's right next to where I've lived for over a year now and every time they get my order wrong (supreme withouttomatoes for my fiancée; not an understatement, haven't made correctly even once) but not only that, the constantly changingstaff is rude both at the window and at the microphone and on multiple occasions the bag was packed so sloppily that my food wasabsolutely crushed. Last time my Mexican pizza was put on the bottom of a bag with our burritos and tacos on top, crushing thepizza with a third of it not even in the box anymore. They can't even prepare non-customized food correctly. Tl;Dr if you'regoing to get food here get it through DoorDash or something like it, at least you'll get your money back, which is more thanwhat they'll do. Read more
I came inside to order and the girl with the red braids and the one with the small pony tail just looked at me while I was the... only customer the one with the small pony tail then proceeded to get on her phone. I was the only person in line, getting breakfast, and the food took nearly 20 minutes to be completed, and the restaurant had... definitely been opened for over an hour, at least. Waited in drive-thru for about 7 to 10 minutes, then had to pull around andwait at the front door for an additional 10 minutes or more. Food did taste pretty good though Read more
I feel like they purposely mess up orders. I have been to this location several times and every single time I have went or... ordered through an app they have messed up my order. I will put no lettuce, the receipt will say no lettuce. I open the taco andit's mostly lettuce. Or I'll order a drink and it won't have any ice. This location is a waste of your money. Especially sincethey cannot take the time to check to see if they can do less work by items not being wanted. Read more
The food could have better if our dinner items were a little warmer. The restaurant was pretty cool that evening so that may... have contributed to the food temps. The service was ok but there was a long line at the drive through. We ate inside and spent alot of time in from of the Kiosks trying to figure out what to eat or find it in the menus. All in all it was your typical TacoBell and if you like their food offerings wherever you usually get it, you'll like it here too.
