Decided to stop before going to the Christmas gift and Hobby show. We were a bit skeptical that the dining room was open with... all the chairs on the tables. We made our way over to the kiosk to order. While we waited (who we assumed was the manager) madea suggestion on a burrito we had ordered. She was extremely polite and energetic about her job. We received our food in aperfect amount of time. As we were eating and talking; my husband made a comment that this has to be one of the cleanness andbest-tasting Taco Bells we have been to in quite some time. I had to agree with him! I was simply amazed at how well the crewwas working together. They were upselling and attentive to Drive-Thru and front counter. The manager (assuming) checked on ustwice. We made sure before we left to let her know that the suggestion on the burrito was a home run and should definitely letupper management know. After 30 years as a restaurant manger and district/area manager. This location is a homerun. Read more

Ordered for delivery and all but one item we ordered was wrong or not sent at all. It's late and we did not want to have to... drive all the way to the taco bell. We didn't get what we paid for; terrible service. Worst taco bell I've ordered from. Read more

Made lots of DoorDash orders but didn't accept a drive-thru order because they were "understaffed". Management should plan... according to the demand. Read more

Hours aren?t posted correctly. Employees just watched a line of cars accumulate outside in the drive through while we waited 20+... minutes thinking they were just behind, because the posted hours are till 3 am and it?s only Midnight. Like come on guys, atleast don?t be rude as hell to us. I love Taco Bell?s food but this isn?t the first location and it probably isn?t the lasttime. This is just sad. If y?all can?t keep people employed have less locations so we can actually get some service instead ofwasting our time. Read more

Trash bag!! I mean no sauce or napkins when I come. After i ask. Pop machine needs ratio fixed on cherry pepsi today. Change the... grease more often and re train line workers to put the right amount of toppings on the food items....if i could be morediscipline and pack my lunch i wouldnt even consider stopping for a disappointing meal. I've been to this Taco Bell twice and both times my order has not only been accurate (which is saying a lot in quick service... these days) but the staff, from order taking to window, is also friendly. Portions were good and food was perfect temp. Read more

The food was old and dry I spent 28 dollars and didn't get all my food after waiting longer than 30 minutes. The service was... rude and disrespectful after getting home to eat only to realize im missing a few things went back only for them to tell me ihad to bring all the food back to see whats missing replace the 2 dollar items but not the 6 dollar item didn't redue the boxjust gave me what was missing so im supposed to eat this cold soggy taco. The food has been horrible this year no worries theyhave loss me as a costumer. Oh and the burritos wasn't wrapped right the beans were dry and hard the potatoes were to not tomention the man making the food was sweating really bad. That almost was about to be a never mind can I get a refund! Read more

When we pulled up the first time in drive through we were told there was a 3 item limit per car. If your ordered a combo with... more than 3 items you would only get 3 items. We order 2 burritos. When we pulled away we realized they were the wrong item.When we went back to get the right items the said door dash only. Told them about the issue and was rudely given ourreplacement. Very rude staff. Will not go to again. Read more
