I was going to purchase lunch inside here, but the workers were almost entirely preoccupied with the drive-thru. Of the three... prospective customers inside, 1 guy came in and very quickly got what was presumably a call-in pickup order; while nobody seemedto want to notice the existence of me and another guy. The line was long but they seemed to move you thru quickly. I'm not fond of having to pull up and wait for my food, but didn't... have to wait too terribly long. My order was made well, it was correct, and the food was good. Read more
I stopped by this Taco Bell location for lunch. The dining room was closed but the drive-thru was open. I went down to Popeye's... just two doors down instead. I bought a Red Beans and Rice at Popeye's (open dining room). Such a delicious and much betteralternative to eating taco's that don't want to be sold. A big shout out to Popeye's! The manager took my order at the counterand I had my food within 1 minute! Read more
Honestly, I usually love this place. But today was terrible. I placed an online order through the app, after I left, realized... they made my grilled cheese burritos incorrectly, waited at the locked dine in doors(which has a sign saying dining room open)for 5 minutes, knocking while the manager and other employees watched me. Finally came through the drive thru cuz that's theonly way they seem to notice someone, and told them what was wrong and that I wanted to speak to a manager. "Manager is busy"was all I got, along with attitude from this giant child in glasses. I wouldn't normally go off over a simple mistake, but itstwice in as many days they've messed something up and didn't bother to recognize they messed up without being completelydisrespectful. Another great Taco Bell location. Same delicious food as all Taco Bell's. Fast, friendly and accurate employees. Appeared clean... through the drive thru window. Building exterior and parking lot clean and in good repair. Read more
Quick service even though the line was long. We had a large order with substitutions but they got the whole order correct unlike... many other Taco Bells. I recommend this location. Read more
This store needs to get there stuff together. One time I went there and they had 3-4 outside in the picnic table on break or... in-between shifts but the last few times I have tried to go there for breakfast they have NOT even had enough people to open thestore. That's a shame. I love Taco Bell but I don't like having to have to find some place else for breakfast. If it happens toooften I might just not even consider them at all in the future. Read more
I?ll write the review tomorrow right after I write this email to corporate about THE MANAGER SOFIA (who was absolutely rude and... unprofessional) with me (the customer) who called about a order from six days ago that I was missing food on: why did I waitsix days? Well I tried calling the same day after I noticed TWICE AND no one picked up (that?s normal for this store) then whenMRS. AMAZING MANAGER SOFIA picked up, she talked over me .. told me she was too busy to help me (the customer & why did youanswer if you were too busy?) and hung up on me about 2-3 times. I had to call back 4 times to even get her NAME and before shecould up she said ?Is that all? I don?t have time to talk about a missing pizza that?s about a week old for the 3rd time.Goodbye? and hung up again? wouldn?t even let the customer talk. Not a good look for a manager & also not a good look to keep acustomer who is a local who lives in the area (so obviously I would bring friends and family to this location because I liveclose to this one). LASTLY, this location always forgets your sauce if you order doordash as well. For this particular order, Iwent through the drive thru. All she had to do is replace the pizza & they would?ve gotten a nice review. I even had proof butNOPE, not her job or problem apparently. Never went through so much to get the food I PAID FOR. Go to the Fishers locationinstead. Only gave one star because I like their food. Would?ve gave a half of a star if I could trust me.
