They make great sandwiches and are very friendly!
I order online almost daily from subway at multiple locations. This is the only subway to take note of the fact there are... limited drink/chip options, and take the time to add their other options to the app. As simple as it is to just grab somethingdifferent that what was selected in their app, the kind gesture of updating their app, makes things so much simpler (on both ourends im sure).. but this just completely floored me and I'm super grateful! Not impressed by this location. It is 12:10 pm on a weekday. There were no handicap parking spaces available. These former... spaces are now being reserved for uber drivers picking up orders none are occupied. On other side of parking lot in what couldhave been a handicap space was a van parked. It was without a handicap license or place card on mirror. But to be fair to theowner of the van, the parking space did NOT have a sign reserving for handicapped only. We have permanent plate on vehicle. Wecouldn't tell if it had markings painted on the ground. It snowed 3 days previously. Snow and ice are still on the ground ofuncleared areas. The packed snow makes the parking lot treacherous to walk. But walk we did! Across that ice covered parkinglot, to the nearest door, only to discover a sign saying to go to the door at front of building. Off we go, around the buildinglow and behold a door was here. But guess what? This door is locked! Since they have no sidewalk leading around to back ofbuilding, or other side depending on how you see it. The drive through window is located there, so we went back the direction wecame from. Since I had not actually tried to open the first door. The one with sign saying "go around" I decided to try it. NOPE it was locked!! So far no other customers had entered the parking lot. That's good since we were already hungry we reallydidn't want to have to wait on people who got here after us. Even though hubby doesn't like using drive through since so manyplaces can't seem to get orders right and he never knows it until he gets the food home. We discuss going somewhere else but weare here, hungry, and after getting out to walk around in the cold I need to pee. Now we are in his car and trying oue best notto get any scratches on it. Hard to find the drive thru ordering spot.(confusing) The subs are great and made decently fast. I tried the steak for the first... time with Chipotle sauce and jalapenos it's was amazing! Will try again! Read more
Not a great experience. Their options are limited and I could not use my coupon for "premium sandwiches" which is not in the... fine print on the coupon itself. The employees weren't very customer service oriented either. Something about foreigners worksng at a fast food restraint doesn't sit very well with me, bit that's neither here nor there. They were also very skimpy on thecheese. I had a footling turkey Italiano, and there was only two slices of cheese on it and it wasn't toasted very well. Poorcustomer service. The food was terrible. There general management was completely rood. She has no respect. And harassing the nabors while we were... in the drive-through. Taking pictures of a car parked legally for no reason. She is completely petty. Read more
The owner feels it is appropriate to refuse to make a simple sandwich that is half toasted half not toasted so I can eat some... now and some later, which is how I have ordered the same sandwich since the introduction of toasted and this woman is the firstperson to ever say no or anything about it for that matter. She also felt the need to yell at me that she owned this store andthere is nothing subway can do when I asked for her name. If you want good subway with friendly service just go to the one upthe street just past 465, they are the nicest and give the friendliest customer service. Read more
