Worst service we have ever received and this was the second time. They will not honor balances from their own receipts. Today... they made our sandwiches and then when my husband checked out they would not honor our balance and a new gift card. Would notsay why. Just not at this time. Same thing happened about a month ago. We thought we would try again but still no better. Wewill not be going there anymore. Sadly, there is only one other Subway near us and it is drive up only and 14 people were inline there today. So it was also a no-go. Read more
Food is delicious, speedy service and they take coupons. The Subways in Speedway & Clermont no longer take any coupons.
We ordered online to get the discounted sandwich, and the store did not honor the discount and charged us for two footlong subs... and only gave us one. And, as sandwiches go, their's are at the bottom of the sandwich shop chains. We don't go to Subwayoften but this will definetly be our last trip to this store. Read more
Couldn't hear or understand the lady that was fixing my sandwich. Due to the fact that the manager and the owner's kids who are... toddlers were running around screaming at each other. Very unpleasant experience. Almost got ran over by the kids a couple oftimes. True kids will be kids but parents need to set ground rules for kids. And I don't think you should take your kids to arestaurant meeting. Read more
I'm vegetarian and I asked for a veggie delight. I got a like 5 pieces of total veggies. Veggies are the only portion of my... meal, felt like I was eating the bread (which didn't seem baked properly). Read more
Very nice people. Even my 11 year old son can go in and order and they take very good care of him.
