Good food, fast service, and friendly staff. They have a new menu. I had a 6-inch cold cut sub. We arrived just before noon and... had a short wait to order. We found seating without waiting, but soon after noon the place quickly filled up. Arrive early toshorten your wait time. Read more
Mask required? You kidding? The italian bread was so stale I threw it away. I stood there and watched 2 people make sandwiches... for I don't know who but I stood there at least 5 minutes before being waited on. Probably the worst subway in Indy. I won'treturn anytime soon. Read more

They were very busy with online orders. However, they were very nice even though they were stressed. Great customer service... and my sandwich was so packed, it was almost difficult to eat. There were things they were out of, but they told us before weordered and offered to make more sweet tea if we wanted. Obviously, service differs depending on the crew, but tonight on10/16/21 it was a good experience. Read more
I travel frequently to this location for business due to its close proximity to the convention center. I?ve been going here for... years and it?s always a very pleasant experience. The store is clean, food is great, the service is excellent and the staff isfriendly! Highly recommend if you need an easy fast food stop near the convention center or a Sunday before a colts game! We hastily made the decision to visit this Subway location without reading the reviews but please do yourself a favor and save... your hard earned money and go anywhere but here. And when you leave here, keep going. Far, far, away. I'll be getting in contactwith corporate because that's just how appalling this establishment is in regards to the Subway franchise. The lettuce wasyellow, the service was dreadful, and the cleanliness was sub-standard. The elder oriental man served us, who could not hearour orders properly. Served my girlfriend bread that clearly was under baked and had a hole the size of a golf ball on the topand would not replace it even though we asked. The elder woman got frustrated when we asked if there was any other lettuce. Mygf got the veggie patty which looked like it was growing condensation from sitting in musk. And I tried to opt for spinach butthey were out and could not be bothered to get more... at 3pm!! I could go on but I'll save my breath. Disgraceful. Read more
No wonder I didn?t know about this location. The staff is down right horrible, and the cleanliness is definitely lacking. One... even had the audacity to get crazy with me about what he ?thought? I ordered. Then wanted to cut my sandwich with a filthyknife. Sorry Vincent, not happening. Save the trouble go next door to the location in the Hyatt. Read more
This location does not accept national Subway coupons, I was told. Otherwise it was an OK experience.
