Every single time I place an online pickup order I end up waiting at least 20-25cmins past my pick time. That added with the 20... min lead time I'm given means it really takes at least 45-50 mins to get my order. Why is my online order made after walk inswhen technically mine was in first???? Today after waiting for the line to clear (25 mins past my pickup time) I learn my orderwasn't even started. Order in order is the basic principle here. Online orders are no different than walkin orders and shouldbe treated with the same priority. DONT OFFER SERVICES YOU CANT COMMIT TO. Read more
Trust the one star reviews. They move like snails, and they can?t make or even cut a sandwich. If you?re one person trying to... order two sandwiches they?ll make one and then have you go to the back of the line before they make the second which is insane.Even if you?re already in the parking lot, it?ll be faster to go to a different subway. The problem is inconsistency between stores. This store is clean. The food is fresh. The staff is listless. I know it's boring... to work there. I spent many years in food service. At least try to look awake and enthusiastic. Treat every order like it's thefirst one of a rush. Read more
It is dinner time and and none of their stuff is stocked. When we walk in they're not doing anything except for gossiping in the... back. Doesn't know how to cut a foot long in half and moves like a snail. Neither one even knew the correct size of a child'ssandwich. Open sign is not even lit to show they're open. Guy told us they were out of Italian herb and cheese bread but thenthe people behind asked for it and the girl pulled out that bread. Will never go back to this location. Read more
Worst service my order was totally wrong. I ordered chicken bacon ranch but got without the bacon their fault no mine if they... had listened to what I was saying without insulting my husband and I saying we weren't speaking loud enough. What was I supposedto do yell across the at him ?? He needs retrained on customer service and politeness towards the customers. The staff was very rude to me and various other clients. they were cussing, slamming things, didn?t even ask me my order just... stared at me until I told her what I wanted after just making faces at me and rolled her eyes at me. Then continued to slamthinhs even though I apologized for not speaking quick enough. The whole atmosphere was very hostile, uncomfortable and theywere very unprofessional. they had their children in the workplace which I get sometimes happens because life happens but theywere yelling at them as well.
