The 2 women working there right now have extremely poor work ethnic. They are very rude to their customers. They walked right... past me attempting to order and went on to the next customer. I will be blasting this out and this subway won't be open long ifthis is how they let them run the place. Read more
Every single time I place an online pickup order I end up waiting at least 20-25cmins past my pick time. That added with the 20... min lead time I'm given means it really takes at least 45-50 mins to get my order. Why is my online order made after walk inswhen technically mine was in first???? Today after waiting for the line to clear (25 mins past my pickup time) I learn my orderwasn't even started. Order in order is the basic principle here. Trust the one star reviews. They move like snails, and they can?t make or even cut a sandwich. If you?re one person trying to... order two sandwiches they?ll make one and then have you go to the back of the line before they make the second which is insane.Even if you?re already in the parking lot, it?ll be faster to go to a different subway. The people are not rude, but they?rejust not good at making sandwiches. Read more
The problem is inconsistency between stores. This store is clean. The food is fresh. The staff is listless. I know it's boring... to work there. I spent many years in food service. At least try to look awake and enthusiastic. Treat every order like it's thefirst one of a rush. Read more
