This is a great little Subway off 16th Street they served me quick with fresh food and a great staff 5 out of five.
Was going to order lunch, but stopped in the disgusting bathroom first, which was awful, and the people at the food counter... didn't even say hi and were talking with their backs to me, and clearly didn't want to work, or care. Definitely would not eathere!!! Read more
This location I used to come often, until today. The actual employees as June 2022 needs training. I went to the drive-thru and... asked for 4 meals. and I clearly told the guy, I don't want any of them toasted, just warm or heat up the meat. Asked for Tunaon wheat bread... after taking my order, the guy said what kind of meat? I said ask for tuna, tuna it's the meat. When Iarrived at home all my meals were cold, they didn't warm up the meat. I Know (Tuna it's cold), but the rest were cold, I knowthe difference when they warm the meats. And for all the other Subway locations, Not everyone like their subs toasted, I'vebeen at many locations in many cities in the US and even outside, they all assume we all like toasted subs, they put the meat onthe sandwiches without asking you. I have to tell them, I don't like toasted, just heat it up the meat., usually they get mad,I can see their face gestures. It's not my fault the company don't do good training to their employees. On my way home from work and decided to grab a sub from here. Ordered my usual cold Italian bmt on wheat and when I received it... was hot and they did not get my chips. No big deal...paid for chips and employee remakes sandwich. Get home and literally it iscovered in stuff I did not order. My wife works 3rds so I can't go back at once I get home. I call and ask them if they can makeme a sandwich tomorrow to make up for tonight's debacle. Sure...well maybe if I'm working. Like what!!!! Who owns this place!Smh. Money down the drain. Read more
I haven't had Subway for a long time because it's not great quality ingredients. Jimmy John's all the way. But we had gift cards... and I ordered here. The guy who made my sandwiches was really nice and apologized for being late on the pickup order. (It wasready about 2 minutes after the time I asked). Reallyyyyyyyy slow drive thru line. Would've went inside but the parking lot was full. Food was lukewarm when I got it. ... Sloppily made and bread was stale. Shame, I probably wont visit this location again Read more
Closed inside up early with 2 ppl working like any other subway. I had to yell my order into the speaker and even then they kept... getting it wrong. I ordered light light 1 strip of mayo & 2 strips of mustard with alot of spinach toasted... my sandwich isnothing but heavy mayo and mustard and it's not toasted.
