I called the restaurant around 8:10pm To ask if they were open and she said they were getting ready to close when hours online... said till 9 pm but I told her I can make it by 8:23pm and she said that?s fine we will be here till 8:30 and may be process myorder. But upon arrival she was very rude and didn?t let me in and ignored the fact that she spoke to me over the phone. I askedfor manager she said she is the 1 and I asked for corporate number and she didn?t give me 1. Very rudely she asked me to leaveand get off from her floor. Me and my wife were very upset with this experience since that was our dinner time and most of thestores get closed around me. A very unpleasant customer service experience I faced because of her. Not the type to complain but today visit was not the best. I get they had a huge order they where all doing but my order was... horrible. I got a blt on wheat bread toasted.. My bread was extremely hard to where I had to pull most of my bread apart. Baconwas extremely crispy to where it was crumbling apart. I tried telling the lady but she didn?t listen that much to becausebecause of all the orders and line they had going on. Read more

Sad that I HAD to give it ANY stars. We arrived at 7:45pm. The young lady was helping another customer but made eye contact with... me. She went to the back to get more meat and then told us that she was done for the night. I said it would have been nice ifyou had said that as soon as we walked in. I began to walk away and slightly heard her say something. I turned and said excuseme. Her response was i said whatever, have a nice evening. I look up the location to make sure that I had the correct closingtime of 9pm AND I DID!!! I typically don't shop this Wal-Mart because of the customer service. I usually LOVE Subway, however, this one has turned me off. It took almost 20 minutes to place my order, in drive through! When... my husband and I finally got our sandwiches it looked like everything was just thrown on. My husband ordered the steak andcheese, it was served cold. The sandwiches were half wrapped and we didnt get everything ordered on the sandwiches. I will notbe returning to this Subway. Read more
What can I say? They make my sandwich for me and they do a good job at doing it. Occasionally they will run out of my favorite... sauces and I believe once they were closed on lunch hour. Hence the loss of one star. It's forgivable though. The ingredientsare fresh, service is fast, and the staff are friendly. Read more
