I work in Long term care and I have gone two afternoons in a row for a resident. The same young man has been working both times.... Today there was a young lady working, as well. It was almost 5:30 pm and my resident ordered five foot long clubs... That takesquite a bit of time to make, and there were other customers. This young man never seemed frustrated at all. He was soft spokenand smiled. The only problem is that I had no cash to tip him... I will next time I go there, I assure you. Both he and histeammate are excellent in customer service!! I am surprised this subway still exists! Across the street from drunks hanging out all day, but now there is a decent carwash so... maybe it can survive until the city closes the liquor store... Read more

For 10 bucks.. I got a 6in cold meat sub, and they only gave me a small drink and bag of chips..? What a rip off. Used to come... to subway all the time. Now it costs $15 for a foot long. Or $10 for a tiny sandwich with a small drink? What a rip off, donecoming back to subway for now. Smh. Subway used to be a good deal, now they charge waaaaayyyy too much. Horrible decision ontheir part to raise all that prices and be selfish toward what they give you. DO NOT RECOMMEND! $10 smh. If I knew it?d bethis expensive.. I would have went and bought a steak at the grocery store, and would NOT have came. Since when do they say youcan only have a small fountain drink, and can?t even have a bottle from the fridge? Ordered food on the app and went to pick it up. This was around 6pm. The worker gave me my order and locked the door behind me... when I exited. I live down the street, I get home with my food and it's totally wrong!! Ordered two All American Club footlongswhich come with bacon. I ordered them deluxe with extra everything. There was no bacon on them, they had roast beef on themwhich isn't supposed to be on it. The sandwich I ordered extra cheese on didn't even have cheese on it at all!! I was charged$1.50 per sandwich for deluxe and they weren't even deluxe! Was also charged for the extra cheese and didn't even get any cheeseat all!! I called the store, no answer, got a voicemail that said to leave a message but it said the mailbox was full!! I wentback up there and it was around 6:20pm at this point, door was locked! Open sign was still on and hours said they close at 8pm.Best believe I'll be up there tomorrow to remedy the situation!! I also contacted Subway customer care at corporateheadquarters!! Just very unacceptable!! I went back up there the next day and they took care of the situation. Read more

Went into this very busy location this afternoon with a queue of 4 ahead of me and another 2 behind me before they chose to turn... off the DoorDash and Subway apps in order to take care of the customers they had there physically in the store. Eventually, theylocked the doors too because they were almost out of bread. The woman ringing the orders and manning the tablet apologized andtold me I'd have to wait 30 minutes for more bread after I'd already waited over 20 for my turn to order. She should've saidthat when we first came in. I got my sandwich after all the customers began chiming in but it was an awful experience. Will notreturn! Read more
