7/18/2022 update, still no response from this restaurant or Corporate. This is one restaurant chain that does not care about... it's patrons.... Here's an update; After posting this and filing a complaint with the store and corporate. NO ONE!! has eventried to contact me over this to say Sorry or make it right. This is the absolute worst Subway that I have been to. managementis argumentative and wants to charge you an extra $3.00 each for onions, bell peppers...ETC. As you can see in the photo's Iasked for toasted but, got burnt. And I was told by the Indian behind the counter "If I WANTED A REMAKE THEN I WOULD HAVE TO BUYANOTHER SANDWHICH!" If my wife had not already paid by the time my sandwich was done, I would have just walked out. I told himI was contacting corporate on him and he just cursed at me all the while yelling. And of course Subway Corp. has not reached outto me over this. BEWARE of this location!!! I was charged an additional $6 for the little bit of onion and bell pepper you seein the photo's This is the report I sent to Subway... My wife and I visited one of your stores tonight and ordered two 12 inchsteak and cheese mine (w/extra meat and cheese) my wife's was regular. And I took photos of both...mine was not toasted butburnt and I was told I would have to purchase another if I did not want this one. My wife's had hardly any meat on it as didmine. And then the manager/owner? Said I would have to pay extra to have bell pepper and extra again for onions. This store hasalways had terrible service but, tonight was the worst. All the while the manager was confrontational with me and my wife if mywife had not already paid for these I would have just walked out I intend to list this on YELP and have our locale investigativereporter look into this issue. Very poor customer service. Despite asking to remove that onion peel he didn?t removed it. One of the guy was getting irritated... Cz I odered 3 foot longs together. The cucumbers were frozen.
