This is the second time in a month I have been here and both times I have went thru the drive thru. They answer you or take... your order . They make you sit there and wait when no one ever responds or acknowledges you are even there. There is no sign ofany kind saying the drive thru is closed or not. This was at 5:15 pm and the store was open. Tried to go to drive thru windowand place my order after I was sitting at the drive thru menu for 20 plus minutes. Ordered online. 55 minutes later delivery driver texts me that the order has been cancelled. I find a voicemail in which an... employee says something along the lines of "Cancelling your order, cannot fulfill, thanks." Upon calling the restaurant back, Iget hung up on. This cannot be real. I placed an online pick up order and then I received an email saying they got the order and were preparing my sandwich. I also... had already paid for it online too. When I arrived to pick up the sandwich, they told me my order was canceled. They couldn'tgive me any reason except that they were missing an ingredient needed to make the sandwich. I asked why they didn't alert meabout the canceled order they had no answer. They then proceeded to tell me that they WOULD NOT be refunding me either. I endedup asking them to at least make me something since they weren't going to refund me at all. They made me a sandwich that wascheaper than the one I had previously ordered, so I still lost money over this that they would not reimburse me for. Read more
Worst place to go to. They make your sandwich horribly with no care. I went today get a subway wraps n for starters they never... have anything you really always out of something. I asked for black olives n the guy drenched my sandwich with the olive juice nthen he crushed my wrap together n it was very sloppy. I will never go there again. Worst Subway ever. Read more
All the one star reviews are correct. This place is ran by a bunch of degenerates. They pretend they?re closed even though the... lights are on and they?re in the back doing god knows what... Sat in the drive thru for about 10 minutes, went to the window tofind two guys standing there talking. Finally after staring at them for a few minutes one guy opened the window and reluctantlytook my order. Ended up throwing the sandwich away as I was terrified to eat it knowing how they were acting. Sat in the drive thru with no answer for 3 minutes? decided to go inside to order, not a big deal. Two employees were working in... front and two were in the back not doing anything at all just goofing off. There was one couple in front of me but took over 15minutes for it to be my turn. Was during the lunch and they only had white bread, and also out of steak. So I ordered chickenteriyaki instead; the sandwich bread is totally stale and the veggies seem a bit wilted.
