Went there later in the evening near closing and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke coming from the back where the... employees were at before the asked me for my order. It was very offensive. Asked the young girl and young man did they smellit and they said no, which was also offensive because it was very strong. Management needs to know this. I will never go backto this Subway. Read more

This Subway is NOT clean. The owners don't care. The floors and public areas were dirty, food trays were nasty, went to the... bathroom while waiting on my friend to join me. After going to the bathroom I refused to eat at this Subway. The men's restroomwas filthy and even the COCKROACH in the bathroom was struggling. Do not support this establishment as they don't care aboutyour health. Read more

Acceptable. Cleaner than most Subways. Only a 3 because their permanent hours are listed as starting at 10AM on the door, but... they never updated Google (still says 9AM as of this post). Read more

Ordered a Meatball sub through online delivery with provolone, banana peppers, and sweet onion vinaigrette. But just received... meatballs and banana peppers. You would think these would be simple instructions for someone to follow but eventually stillmanaged to mess my sandwich up. Read more

If I could give zero Stars I would I just stood in line for 20 minutes while the 2 ladies working were more worried about who... got fired or quit rather than serving customers. People stop by there on their lunch breaks from their jobs, we don't have timeto stand and listen to gossip. Read more

I wanted to give ZERO stars but had to choose 1 to leave a review. Went to the store at 7:30pm the door says they close at 9. No... one was up front, waited 20 min and could hear people in the back. Called the store twice from in the store, no answer. Couldstill hear people in the back. Went to the car and noticed someone come out. When we got out to come back in they went back intothe back to hide out. Next time just close the store so people know you aren?t willing to help anyone. Read more

I've had nothing but great experiences at this Subway. Staff is incredibly friendly and actually cares about getting your order... right. Recently had a messed up order and once I was at the store, I realized that it was an app error and not the fault of thestore employees. Chris and Tim insisted on remaking it anyway. Also the employees all wear masks, which makes me and my familyfeel really safe. We drive past six Subways to go to this one. Worth it. Read more

I went to the subway today to give them good business. They only had one person working because the other person was training... but that was fine. I had to wait 10 minutes in line while two others were ahead of me which was fine. Then an online ordercame when it was my turn to go but I understood so had to wait another 5 minutes for that. They finally got to me and said theywere out of onion tomato and pepper jack. That was disappointing but substitutions can be made. In the middle of making myorder another online order person came up so I did ask politely for them to finish my sandwich first since I had been waiting 15minutes. The manager came out and RUDELY talk to me. She said very matter of fact how online orders come first and that shewas trying to train. I mentioned my weight and that it would only be fair to finish my sandwiches first since they were alreadystarted. She had a major attitude as she told me that because only one person was working they had to do the online order firstand I had to put my veggie part on hold. I had another order that had not been started yet and I asked if that one could bedone first and she said no and that if I didn't like it I could go elsewhere and they would throw my sandwich away and she hadno problem with that. I told her that was very poor customer service and she's told the person working the counter to throwaway my sandwiches and cancel my order. SO THINK VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE GOING TO THE SUBWAY BECAUSE THEY HAVE VERY POOR POORSERVICE! Read more
