Careful with this one, they short you on lunch meat and overcharge for the chips and drink meal. Instead of ringing it in as a... meal for the price on the menu, they ring in chips and drink separately overcharging a little. I stopped getting a meal here.Buy chips and drink somewhere else. Every little bit helps to make a profit right. Sucks because subway is my favorite lunchstop and this one is right by my work. Guess I'll have to find one somewhere else. Ugh ???? Read more

On 6/24/22 at 8:20pm I got in line at the drive through behind a car placing their order. When they pulled away I attempted to... order but was told that they stop drive-thru orders at 8:25 which it had just become. They are open until 9pm. Asking if thiswas a joke they said no and refused to take my order. Thank goodness Steak and Shake was open so we went there. We willprobably go there from now on. Read more

I HAD to give 1 star just to forewarn people! REAL PROVOLONE CHEESE MELTS, AND STAYS MELTED! 'CHEESE' MADE OF VEGETABLE OIL MAY... 'WARM UP AND 'BUBBLE, but WHEN IT BEGINS TO COOL OFF, IT RETURNS TO THE SHAPE OF A SLICE OF NASTY, FAKE CHEESE ! ITS GUMMYTEXTURE MAKES THE ENTIRE SANDWICH A 'MISERABLE FAILURE'!! The owner of this particular franchise is so cheap that he will go to great lengths to avoid taking Subway coupons, including... lying and saying that the store is closed, all day, for two consecutive weeks. Read more

Happened to go in when the owner was there training someone new. It was a great experience and the owner did a great job of... instilling confidence in their new employee. My sub was good as well. Keep up the good work. Read more

Went through Subway because I was craving a sandwich. Ordered a foot long spicy Italian with extra cheese. Was upcharged, but... that's okay- I asked for it. Didnt want any extra toppings as the lettuce was brown and looked slimy, and I have to be carefulfor listeria (which can be found on unwashed produce) because I'm pregnant. I went to ask for a bag of chips and the girlringing me up didn't even stop to let me get my chips, and tried rushing me out the door. I went to order the chips and she gotmad because I didn't want to pay more for the drink because I only wanted water. I asked why my sandwich was showing up at sucha high price and was copped back with a full attitude about how many pieces of cheese she put on my sandwich. I then started toget irritated and asked her if I could speak to the manager who was in an interview, and she acted shocked about me commentingon her attitude issue. I then called the store to speak with management, who was not very professional about the situation, andthen blamed it on her pregnancy. I'm 7 months pregnant, and I don't treat people this way at my job. I would be terminated if Idid. I understand that we have bad days as humans, and I'm all about giving people the benefit of the doubt, but I'd like totake my business to a different restaurant where I'm treated like my money and time matters. Maybe it's not appropriate to humiliate your new employee who is trying to learn the job in front of your customers. I felt... terrible for the kid who obviously wasn't trained probably before being put behind the counter. The lady who I assume was amanager berating this kid is on an power trip. That is not how you treat your employees or anyone I general. And the fact thatit was done in front of your customers is disgusting. Read more

We placed an order online, when we arrived we were told there was no order and that we had the wrong location. After standing... for 15 minutes and not being acknowledged we provided the order from our phone and were told to go to the back of the line. Noapology was given or any other courtesy for our time being wasted. Very poor customer service that could have been resolved veryeasily with proper training on how to handle any situation close to this. Now to eat our 30 minute sandwiches :) Read more
