She tries to give me old chicken that was looked slimey. I told her I want fresh & she told me she doesn?t have anything else to... serve me & told me to leave. First of all this Subway has a small sign when you are ordering "This Subway does not accept Subway promotion" ??? Ordered a... steak and cheese wrap for my wife, got a very small portion of steak, old man making wrap was very abrupt and snappy...so muchso I did not order a 2nd sandwich. Wifes entire wrap came out the size of a $2 burrito from taco bell....paid almost $13 forthat. If my wife didnt want Subway I would have walked out before paying. Needless to say I WILL NOT be back to this location. There is no reason I should be getting a different portion size but pay the same amount just because they are individuallyowned and operated, there should be Corporate guideline that have to follow or lose the franchise. Worst experience. Showed up 40 minutes before closing, slowest service and I waited 10 minutes to find out they didn't even have... tuna for one of my sandwiches. Never coming here again. Read more
Not even 8pm, lady tells me they are out of bread after this mobile order. Which came in after I was already waiting. She wanted... me to leave. Whenever my boyfriend and i would come to Indy to visit family, we call in ahead of time for our bulk orders. The owner is very... efficient and meticulous about our subs and she makes sure that everything is correct. WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK TO THISSUBWAY???????? Read more
Apparently, when the woman working behind the counter didn't hear my order correctly - a MELT... then went to TOAST it... instead... someone gently correcting that is somehow asking for "something different even though the order is over"? I think thelistening skills of the employee are at fault here, and that's honestly not how customers should be talked to... ever. We won'tutilize this shop again. Thankfully, we shouldn't ever have to. It was a "stop while it's convenient" visit on the way home. Read more
The gentleman in there was most unfriendly person I've ever met in my life wouldn't even listen tried to hurry us out of there... didn't even make our sandwiches right cuz he was in such a hurry to get us out and he still had 40 minutes left before the storeclosed so I don't know what the hurry was or why he was so unfriendly but he was a hateful older gentleman he shouldn't beworking in customer service there was no straws never know napkins and he basically ignored us and wouldn't get us any so wejust left.
