The sound during the trailers was super quiet, but when the movie started, the volume was WAY too loud to the point my ears were... ringing afterward. I've been to quieter Slayer concerts. Seriously guys... hire a sound engineer and fix that! Food is belowaverage yet extremely overpriced. Ticket prices are fairly standard for a theater. Still a little perturbed that it cost my wifeand I over $70 for entire experience only to have it be so hilariously lackluster. I will not be returning. Location and the Theater itself were fine. However, for the expense of the food and beverages - especially the beverages -... better service should be provided. With our drink order, a bottled water was missing. When the server was informed, he told ushe didn?t see it on the order, and proceeded to start to walk off. I kept with him to check, he acted as if he didn?t want to.The water didn?t come, nor any refills that we asked him for. We had to push the service button to get someone else out. Theybrought the water, then the refills about 20 minutes later. Paying $5.25 for a soda, one should not have to wait 20-45 minutesfor a refill. Likewise, if the order is perceivably incorrect - just go check! Don?t argue or pester with us during the movie!It was paid for - my card was charged. Reasonable ticket prices and good seats. Not as fancy seating as the brand new theaters but pretty comfortable. This weekend... it was really hot in theater 5 and our food was served without our drinks. The staff was friendly, perhaps running a little toolean. I'd suggest getting there early because the people who showed up right before the movie didn't get their food for a longtime. Read more
Today I watched Sonic Hedgehog 2, having been invited by Step-Daughters two lovely children. There was perhaps 20 children and... half as many adults attending a private viewing in theater one. Haven?t been to the theater since before Covid. And have neverattended a private show. The staff did a wonderful job taking care of all the children and adults in attendance. And it seems tome that the sound system sounds much better than when I was there last. Food is OK as usual, but I would say $8.50 for popcornand you can?t get a refill is quite ridiculous. And it?s the cheap popcorn to boot. Other than that five stars today, had agreat time. Read more
Nice staff my chicken nachos were Ok but not hot both times they brought them out. The flavor was nice but the temperature not... so good. The movie Breathe 2 was good. My family enjoyed their chicken tenders and fries. Which I did try and was very good.They both taste fresh. When We first sat down my nachos came very fast, which was a surprise to me. My family food was not ready yet.The 2nd time they brought them out they took much longer. The strawberry lemonade was really good. You get refills.Once you press the button on your table they artive to take your order pretty fast.. The atmosphere was nice the movie pricewas only $5. For all 3 of us including drinks it was 57 bucks. It was overall a nice dinner and a movie. Read more
Food and drinks are great, the problem is I got overcharged the day I went there. My bill was supposed to be around $50... including gratuity, yet they charged me $70. The amount of money isn't the problem though, but getting overcharged is. I don'twant to go to this theater and be overcharged every time I decide to go there. ??????????? I think the main reason thishappened is because I had more than one server trying to take my order so there may have been confusion between them. Also, myorders also took a long time to come out-even the drinks. Anyhow, I hope for more consistency for the previous topics. I do wishthey didn't have this whole tab thing going on also. I'd rather buy it all at once and not get charged two days later. ???? Read more
