They've changed their model to a self-service fast casual with kiosks. I prefer it this way, as even before the pandemic, they... were always short-handed on wait staff and service was very slow. Even though they've cut down their menu quite a bit, the foodis still pretty good. I like the Frisco Melt and their chili. Read more

This is one of my favorite fast food chains. The new format is terrible. Ordering for yourself was glitchy, getting your own... drinks, food servings have shrunk. Place was not clean and most of it was blocked off for use. Server was not nice. I guessthey are bound toward drive through only because the inside experience is NOTHING like it used to be. No one acknowledged us when we arrived but the girl with the braids that mopping the floor was helpful when we asked questions.... I liked the kiosk ordering but I wasn't confident that it was sanitary. No one cleaned the touch screens when we were finished.The food was good and well cooked. My friend was disappointed with her garlic fries though. Read more

When I was attempting to get a drink from the SELF serve drink station, the manager decided to confront me for not paying.... Immediately, I attempted to show her my receipt detailing my purchase. However, this woman was on a vendetta. She proceeded togo to the order screen and read, in a very loud voice, the order screen to me. To be fair, her screen did not show my drinkpurchase. If she had simply looked at the receipt I had attempted to show her multiple times at this point, all of this troublecould have been avoided. She was extremely disrespectful in her actions. I feel sorry for anyone who works at this locationhaving to deal with her attitude on a daily basis. Will not be going here again, if this is the customer service to be expected.Do not have a self serve machine if you are this concerned about potential theft of the drinks, to the point of embarrassing notonly yourself but the customers. Staff was amazingly friendly. They called one of their regular customers by name several times. Kiosk ordering was simple, food... was hot. Could have been cleaner, but we were there at the end of the day. Read more

Food was great. Onion rings were crispy. Burger was cooked nice. Oreo shake was absolutely delicious. If I had one critique, I... really don?t like waiting 5-10 minutes for sauce that I had to purchase that is usually given out for free at every other foodplace. Read more

My overall experience was good. The food was prepared well. However the self service kiosk were everywhere. The dining in... experience has totally changed. No waitress, no Ice Cream bar nor stools to watch them make milk shakes. Service is becoming athing of the past. The Drive thru was busy , which effected the inside dining service. So for the most part. You might as wellgo through the drive thru. Service isn't much better in the inside. Read more
