Wow not even 1/3 the container for 5 way chili anymore for 6.99....burger thin and still pink in the middle, cheese fries price... is outrageous for freezer burnt cold fries and basic nasty cheese sauce. $16 what a waste of money. Just close. Read more

DO NOT EAT HERE! They will WASTE your time and your resources. They made MY order incorrect and then argued with me about what I... ordered even though the receipt confirmed what I stated. This Steak N Shake isn?t good like it USED TO BE. They literally had adot of ketchup in the center of a dollop of Mayo, didn?t even bother spreading it. Eventually after seeing All of my burgerswere either wrong or made POORLY I requested MY MONEY back. They manager yelled at my and snatched the bags and drinks out myhand. He refused to give me his name and the girl with the bad acne at the window did too. I then asked for the receipt back andshe said she threw it away. I asked her to get it out the trash because if she threw it away it would be on the top, her lie wasso bad she said I can?t, the trash is already outside. She never even moved from the window.
