The store opened at 10:30am. We were there at 10:20 along with a few others. The server placed a sign on the window that the... time changed to 11am because they were behind. However, they allowed one customer in to serve, the managers reasoning....Thecustomer had been there awhile????? The teenagers that work there thought this was funny. Starbucks, please tell me where anyof this was professional and/or good customer service. If the mannager had good business practices she should have told us allthe time change before the store actually opened. I voiced my concerns met with more laughter from silly teenage workers whohave no clue about good management. I'm not just going to leave my complaint, I plan to go further, because the customer theydecided to serve was a White woman and yes, I am a black woman who was told by the store nanager that I had to leave because Iused my voice to complain. Girl working the register is no good. I stood in line for about two minuets after the people in front of me ordered. She just... stares at people after they have ordered. She did the same thing to me and I had to snap her out of it by asking for my receipt.I also ordered a breakfast sandwich and she told me that she had to check to see if they had it. Or course she just stood thereand didn't ring it in on my check. After I ordered my drinks I asked the maniger, who was doing a great job, if they had thesandwich I wanted. He said that they had plenty of it and had to remind the girl in the front to make one. She seems like shejust can't keep up. Read more
Service sucked. Made it wrong three times took 20 min just to get the first drink told me they were making it next and then... didn?t and we had to ask again. Have been here for 36 minutes and we were third in line when they opened and I still don?t haveit yet. Read more
