Almost all of the employees are new and obviously not trained. Was overcharged twice for things that are supposed to be standard... and they didn't care or do anything about it. Also can't order ahead to avoid the long wait and actually be charged correctly. Read more

Walked here during my lunch to get my free birthday drink. Turns out they don't do that there, which is fine but the girl was... kinda rude about it. The guy working here was so rude. After we waited in line for 45 minutes, we were finally told that they stopped serving coffee... in the afternoon. He really put a bad taste in my mouth. I'll never come back. Read more
The person at the cash register wouldn?t look up to discuss my order. She continued to say the petit scones were blueberry and... seemed annoyed when I said that they were vanilla. Then when my order was done I had to ask twice for the scones. Overall, theexperience was unpleasant and I went to the Starbucks at the Marriott hotel where the staff and manager were happy and helpful! Read more
Here for a convention, my friend waited in line for over half an hour. Not that long of a line either. I've worked in Starbucks,... this is unacceptable, and I can't understand what they would have to do for it to take so long with three people. Obviously theyweren't rushing, but their slowness is baffling. Apparently it's always like this. Do not come here. The chairs are alsoincredibly uncomfortable. The table came half way up my chest, I can't imagine anyone finding this comfortable. Read more
