Can?t seem to get orders right. Staff are all sweet but that doesn?t matter if my drinks are always wrong

We go here all the time on our way to work. The past two weeks each day they have either messed up our online order or forgot to... give us stuff. This AM for instance, they did not give us a breakfast sandwich and by the time we realized we were already downthe road and had to turn around and go back so I was almost late to work. There's been a couple other times this has happenedand we've just said forget it, but its getting old giving them my money without getting what i paid for. They also definitelyput regular milk in my drink, when I requested oatmilk as I am lactose intolerant. Workers are nice but need to get the acttogether! Read more

Vanilla latte tasted like burnt black coffee from waffle house. Ham and Swiss croissant was burnt yet frozen in the middle.... Waste of my points and money. Read more

The lobby is closed due to pandemic, very wise. The bad 1 line not 2 for drive thru. I had to sit 20 minutes behind vehicle with... 12 drinks. The way drive thru is engineered your trapped.
