This isn?t really their fault but normally this store is the best in Indianapolis but today, they didn?t even have Earl Grey... tea. They didn?t have lots of things, even scones. So, I think this is systemic right now in this world, not just Starbucks. Toobad because this Starbucks is usually the best. Read more

Customer service is usually awful, arguably the worst service in any Starbucks I?ve every visited. The girl behind the counter... in the mornings obviously shows that she hates being there. Drinks are generally well made though, which is what keeps me comingback. Once the new Starbucks store is finished right next to Chili?s, I?ll probably take my business there. Read more
