The 2 baristas that were in today were so unprofessional. The manager (or trainer) had to keep reminding them they had a... customer, not to put cleaning products by the ice and drinks.. they just kept laughing and mocking her. It took 20 minutes tomake my mocha cookie crumble.. no other customers other than myself. They got my simple order wrong (just asked for no whippedcream) I told them they could just scrape it off the top but instead made me a new drink with the little bit they had left of mydrink and just added what tasted like day old coffee to the rest of it. Worst drink I've ever had at any place. On top of thatthey were literally wearing plaid pajama bottoms sweatpants and hoodies. Looked like they rolled out of bed and didn't bother towash up or change.. that's not a good look for people to work in a place to make food or beverages. I couldn't believe theyweren't sent home with their unprofessionalism. Not the best location. Got to the window & the boy did not speak, it?s very rare for Starbucks employees to not have good... customer service. I was also told they weren?t serving Puppacinos, but I know they had whip cream so that was odd. Once Ireceived my Frappuccino it was icy & kind of like a slushie. Overall would not recommend this location. Read more
Waited in line for 10 minutes because they were making their own drink. Another worker came up ordered after me and got her... drink before because she worked at the same place. Didn't even make my drink right. Not worth the 8.00 I paid for my drink. Read more

Came to get my drink but the man said to come back in 10 minutes since he was cleaning. That?s fine I decided to go and buy some... stuff I need. I come back after 10 minutes and I see the guy is gone. I look out the window and see him smoking instead ofcleaning. I didn?t get order my drink until a whole 40 minutes later. Definitely feel as if miss crystal needs some more training, both in customer service and drink making. Because what I asked for... and what I got were not the same thing. She got someone else to try and remake the drink twice. Still walked away with a nastydrink that I didn't want. The attitude was another issue. I asked her twice to please remake the drink while she was trying tofill out inventory paperwork instead of helping me, that's why she got someone else. Customer service shouldn't be an argumentbecause the employee is preoccupied with other work. I appreciate the young girl that tryed to help the situation. Read more
