If I could rate with zero stars I would. I really try to find positives and I will say that I was greeted upon my arrival,... regardless of how mediocre the greeting was. However, if you are serving drive thru and inside the cafe you need to make theexperience for both amazing. Unfortunately, I didn?t have a good experience. There were 3 individuals in the cafe and two hadreceived their drinks. I arrived at 6:25pm and ordered my drink and still did not receive it at 6:45pm. The drive thru wasreceiving their drinks efficiently in my opinion. I was the only one waiting for my drink! What the heck! I let the baristaknow about my issue and told her I wanted a refund?I DO NOT WANT to wait 20 minutes for a white chocolate mocha venti?are youserious. No one apologized or said it will be up shortly?I got my money back. Thanks but you all need to figure out staffing andcreating experiences. They are fast to make drinks, but food takes a while. They have had issues recently with getting some items in stock. Overall... friendly service. Staff does their best to make sure anyone waiting is greeted as well as asking anyone waiting the name on theorder to get it out quickly. Read more
